Is there free cancellation?
Yes. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your transfer are fully refundable – or fully refunded minus a €10 processing fee if you paid by card. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the transfer, or no-shows, are non-refundable. You can reschedule at any time at no extra charge. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, I accept secure advance payment online to lock in your fixed rate. I also accept both cash and card payments on the day of the transfer.
Can we request a stop for a photo or lunch?
Short stops are included in the fixed price. For extended sightseeing breaks, stops at the national Parks, please contact me for a personalized quote.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Please request child seats or boosters in the booking notes, and they will be provided free of charge.
