Do I pay for the reservation?
A: Yes, an advance payment is required to confirm your booking. You can pay a 20% deposit (minimum €20), with the remaining balance paid in cash to the driver on the day of your transfer. Full details are in my Terms & Conditions.
Is there free cancellation?
Yes. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your transfer are fully refundable — or fully refunded minus a €10 processing fee if you paid by card. Cancellations made within 72 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable. You can also reschedule at no extra charge at any time. Full details are in my Terms & Conditions.
What if my flight is delayed?
No problem. I monitor your flight status in real time using the flight number you provide at booking. I automatically adjust your pickup time and wait for you at no extra charge.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. The advance payment can be made online by credit/debit card or bank transfer (SEPA). Note that card payments are refunded minus a €10 processing fee in the event of a cancellation, while bank transfers are fully refunded where applicable. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or by card directly to the driver on the day of your transfer.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Please request child seats or boosters in the booking notes, and they will be provided free of charge.
